OceanaGold is committed to upholding the highest standards of integrity, fairness and ethical conduct.

We believe it is important to call out something which is not right. Speaking up can help us to identify and address issues, improve how we work and potentially prevent harm to you and others.

There are many ways people can speak up at OceanaGold and we want to create a supportive environment where people feel safe to speak up.

For this reason, our Speak Up Hotline is available for anyone who suspects potential misconduct but does not feel comfortable raising their concerns internally.

The Speak Up Hotline is an independently run, confidential and free service for you to report concerns. It is available 24 hours, 365 days a year service, with trained operators, who are external to OceanaGold.
